Refund policy

Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on cards that have already been sent. With that said, if there is any issue with your order or the card that was sent, we want to work with you to make it right. Please reach out to customersupport@writeontimecards.com, let us know what is going on, and give us a chance to work through the issue with you.
