Who We Are
Hi! We’re Ryan and Christy — a married teacher couple from Texas, parents to one awesome (and exhausting) kid, and the duo behind Write on Time.
Before we became parents, our card game was strong. Like, gold-star strong. We had holiday cards prepped by Thanksgiving, Mother’s Day cards in the mailbox early, and even remembered our friends’ anniversaries.
Then… we had a baby.
Suddenly, we were just trying to remember if we’d eaten lunch. The once-reliable card routine? Gone. Poof. Replaced by a growing pile of “belated birthday” guilt and half-finished to-do lists.
We figured there had to be a service that could help — one that sent real, handwritten cards for regular people (not just corporate mailing lists). But all we found were robotic handwriting fonts pretending to be human. Close, but not quite.
So in 2023, we built the thing we wished existed:
A simple, subscription-based service for sending heartfelt, handwritten cards — no computer fonts, no bulk mail vibes. Just real ink, real paper, and real humans (us!) doing the writing.
